Jack Bear's Great Coat

So i FINALLY got around to making JackBear a Great Coat.


Erin's mum lent me the sewing machine and i made the pattern up from looking at Jacks Dressing Gown.
The material was on sale in Spotlight which is what prompted me to spend 7 hours sitting in front of a sewing maching making it up as i went along!!!
(i havent done the button holes yet... but they will prob be done in another year... when i get around to it....!)

Anyway here is Jack in all of his glory...

I wish I could make one, but BAB over here (US) doesn't have the gray trousers or the blue stripedy shirt, and I don't have any idea where to find tiny gray suspenders (braces).

the braces i found in an Claires Accsessorise Shop in my hometown.. they were human size and i just shortened them.

might be the easiest option.
