ROBIN HOOD PANTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

went to see the Barrowman in Robin Hood!

arrived in Birmingham at about 1pm after getting a bit confused... never had been to B'ham before.... ARGH!!!! SPAGETTI JUNCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

finnally Carrie and Vicky spot the Hippodrome and i decide to go down a random back lane to find a parking spot and accidently find the stage door! yea go me!!!

we then park and loiter outside the stage door with teh other ppl there. (EEEEEEEEEEEE)

then the Barrowman himself comes and parks in the same car park as us... (EEEEEEEEEE!)  and says hi to everyone at the stage door, and we manage to get some pics and autographs. (YEA. and he meets JackBear, and i give him a little album of JackBears travels accross teh world)



























We then go to get some lunch as we have an hour before the panto starts. and round the front of the Hippodrome we randomly meet some LJ peeps who recognised JackBear. *WAVES* HIYA!!!!!!!!!! *SQUEEEEEEEEEEE*

then i manage to get some sneeky pics in the panto.
Major hyperness ensues as it was a FANTASTIC show.

(sorry about teh GIANT HEAD i was sitting in row O...so i was quite far back but had a good zoom)

we then decide to try get a few more pics at stage door, and i manage to get a pic of John and Jack Bear.... EEEEEEEEE!!!!




when we were waiting some one called out and said the panto was fantastic, then John looked up and said "How many?" and i shouted "FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC" and he looked at me and grinned.. (EEEEEEE EYE CONTACT!!! HEHEHEH) HE IS AWESOME!! and MADE OF WIN!!!!

and Scott was there too waiting for John to sign stuff so that they could go get dinner so i said hi to him, and he was interested in JackBear and asked where we had travelled down from, and i told him Newcastle, he seamed a little suprised that we travelled that far for a panto, and i told him ,about JackBears travels across the world.,
He is soooooo cool, here he is with Jack Bear.

He looks better as Captain Jack Harkness. He really did not appear natural on stage. I hear television and stage require different acting skills.

Thanks for the pics and report. I couldn't go to Birmingham as I have 4 kids and the two youngest are both under 3. I am going to Cardiff next year though because my sister lives not far from there.

YOu got some great pics there. I didnt take any while in the theatre as i was sat between two couples who were very disapproving of the fact that i was laughing and god forbid that i clapped at John's numbers let alone the others.

Sorry i missed you guys while at the theatre. I was in Row O and i think i saw John pose with Jack Bear but with the ammount of people in the stage door crowd i didnt see who he belonged to.

Would you mind if i took a copy of some of your pics from the performance to get a print of for my scrapbook album?

I stood next to Scott for nearly 20 minutes by the stage door but was too nervous to say anything to him.

OMG! We're coming from the States to see the panto in January! I can hardly wait, you're pix have me super duper excited (like I wasn't before). And Scott was waiting for him.
