Captain Jack!

absdaxWheeee i'm finally getting round to my account of Captain Jack! at the London Film and Comic Con. July 2nd
well for starters sunday morning... what did we do??? argh cant remember now,
had breckie at the hotel, and dumped suitcases in Jan, Vicky adn Bekka's room, and went off to Earls Court. Had phone call fromnat_johntracy she was going to arrive at earls court at arround 10 am Whooo hoooo! hadnt see her since Milton Keynes in May.
me andlady_carrie hurried on ahead cos J,V and B were having breckie, and anyhow we all had bought our entrie tickets the night b4 so we didnt have to wait for ages in a REALLY REALLY long que, cadiliniel and bunnyvon had been awake since 5am! so tehy could get to earls court on time!!!!!!! woh thas dedication! i'm way too lazy to do that, so glad we managed to get a hotel just round the corner!
when the doors opened, we rushed in to get tickets for the john barrowman talk, and tehn legged it round to get tickets for autographs, we managed to get no 78, for JB wheeee nice early number, and got 349 for Elijah which was better than yesterday,
then after the rush me and carrie decided to sit on the floor and wait for Nat, we sorted out our cameras trying to get the bes settings cos the halagoen lights were playing silly buggers with the cameras, its soooooo annoying,
Carrie then went of to find Nat and i stayed sitting on the floor and flirted to the stormtrooper that wandered over.... converstaion went something like this...
"Good morning mam, how are you doing?" - the stormtroopers were always sooo polite!
" fine thanks, you?"
"What are you doing today?"
"Just waiting for some random friends"
"Random Mam? you mean you didnt choose them?"
" erm... kinda...they just follow me round"
"okay, are they annoying you? can we shoot them?"
"No, they arnt teh random friends you are looking for!"
"Okay Mam, have a nice day..."
and then he wandered off, to meet another stormtrooper. i could here them still talking, "That one over there is waiting for some random friends"
"Random huh? Okay..."
twas a random weird day.
then carrie and nat found me and hyperness ensued, first we went to see mr Barrowman - Wheeee Captain Jack!!!!!!!!! he is soooo cool!
quite randomly teh night before i bought some banana's and decided to be a fandom fan girl adn give him a banana since they are a good source of potasium! *giggle*
I got his autograph! wheeeee i was soooo hyper! i asked him when Tourchwood was coming to BBC, he said they were filming it and it was due in October! i so cant wait! and then i gave him the famous banana! saying it was a good source of potassium, he nodded and laughed at that! yea he found it funny!
we then did some shopping... i think and went to the Doctor Who talk,
had lunch then qued up for the lovley captain jack and his fantastic talk.
in the que we met some cool girls, Sarah and Nat (another Nat), they had really cute dolls of the captain, 9 and Rose.
they even had mr ecclestones ears right! Fantastic!
Then JB came on stage! and massive cheer! and everyone started taking photos, and he said Right i'll start with this side, and smiled starting off at the left and then turning slowly (still smiling) untill alll the audience had a photo of him facing them! hehe!Fantastic!
then he asked if anyone had a defabricator and noone had so he sighed and said oh well you just have to make do with this, and turned round so we all could take pics of his butt!

then came questions, my hand shot up in the air faster than Hermionie in Potions Class,
I asked him if he enjoyed the banana, and he thanked me for it and said he had it a few hours before and it was nice. Yeah sucsess! I got the first question in! wheeee
then asked him "who took the longest to say Raxicoricofallapatorius", it was Billie! bless! he had phoned RTdavies to ask how to say it! and he said well done for saying it! and tehn said it himself! wheeee he can still say it, wonder if he puts it on his CV, "can say Raxicoricofallapatorius!" *giggle*
(if you just read the transcript you'll note that they didnt mention my banana question! sheesh! it was just before this, but the transcriber hasnt got it down! sob! but it did happen.)
and my second question was later on was "Did you watch Doctor Who when you were a kid?"

Oh it was sooooooooooooooo fun!
then we split up and Carrie and Nat did some shopping and Me and Beka went back to stalk Mr Wood! and we found a Beka sized Tardis, but it was £50 so we didnt get it!
then we went to Mr Woods talk, it was fab.
and then we went home,
Me Nat and Carrie went back to the hotel to collect our stuff, and go on the Underground, Nat said that there was a real live Tardis outside Earls court station so we went to investicgate!
Wheeee lookie!
tehn we made our way to Kings Cross and platform 9 3/4
and then found the bridge where Hagrid gave Harry his ticket for the Hogwarts Express.
and then we parted ways with Nat and me and Carrie got some food for the journy home and sat on the platform waiting for teh train,
the whole weekend was, in a word,
