and after eating the BEST burger and fries ever ( it was the world famous 10oz burger mmmmmmmmm!)
we went to the Empire State building to go to the top! (floor 86 here we come) and it was stating that the veiwability was 10 miles! much betterer than yesterday! and we could see the top too!!!
the views of Manhatton were fab! lookie!

and this is JackBear at the top!

the shadow of the Empire state Building!!!

then we spotted a cool building we decided to walk to after climbing back down the tower.
i think it was used as the Daily Buggle in Spiderman

and back to the subway we had a fantastic view of the ESB again... shiny!

then we wandered up past the top end of central park.... were these buildings used in friends???? or is my immagination going wild again???

Have fun in DC. I grew up just across the Potomac river in Arlington, VA. If it were summer, I'd recommend you take Jack Bear on the carousel on the Mall, but alas, it's likely closed this time of year. A visit to the Air and Space Museum might be just the thing, though. Jack would think it was quaint. ;-)

Date: 2007-10-13 12:47 am (UTC)well... once upon a time, there was a Bear called Jack, who belonged to a friend of mine, he decided to go on a trip to London film comic con, and there he met a lovley guy called Gareth, who was really really fit! Jack fell in love with him instantly, and wanted his picture taken with this beatifull guy, and he did, but he got more than that, this Gareth guy found JackBear adorable too, and decided that while taking the pic he would rub JackBears nipples! and when the photographer (me) saw this happen and asked what he was doing, the lovley Gareth Guy actually explained and said "Jack likes to have his nipples rubbed!" and the photograper started giggling uncontrolabully. and so this picture came about! hense the smirk on the lovley Gareth's face!
and that is the story of my icon!
